The Book Thief
A beautiful, rich context and a witty narrator.I love this book. I cry everytime Rudy gives the dying, foreign soldier a teddy bear. I cry at the end. I cry at all the little tear-jerking moments. In my opinion, a good book is one that makes you cry. Mission accomplished (I cried in Marked, but for different reasons). To anyone thinking that it's just another book about Germany in 1942, it really isn't.
